Be Brave School Program (This program is great for boys or girls in grades 5 to 12)


An interactive Program 1 hour weekly class for 5 to 7 weeks teaching awareness, bravery confidence, and personal self-defence through Bag work, hand drills, plus safety and defence for the street and scenarios.


 


Working World Warriors (Program for Business, Corporations & Shift workers)


Building on your current fitness, strength, confidence, & creating heightened daily awareness around you, Learning personal defence to assist your working life. 


 


Disabled Adults, & Teens Safeguard Defence & Fitness (DATS Program) 1 hr weekly sessions.)


Learning how to exercise with pads, kick shields, basic exercise, stretching head to toe, building confidence, co-ordination, & strength.


Also learning awareness, and personal defence, to suit their abilities.


 


Meditation in Motion for Mind and Body


(Hospital Mental Wards Minis 2 x 30mins weekly classes) Pt1


(Program for Personal Improvement 1 hr session over 8 weeks) Pt2 


 


Pt1- Learning Tai Chi breathing, stretching, breathing exercise, Tai Chi Form, (Hospital minis)


Pt2- Learning to build & connect Chi energy, create energy for self-healing,
